The milestone comes as Ecoplastic America longtime tenant – has expanded its footprint by 117,692 square feet, bringing its total occupancy to 253,807 square feet.

Located at 11900 US-280 in Ellabell, the Class A distribution facility is situated in the heart of Savannah’s I-16 West submarket and strategically positioned to support regional logistics and manufacturing growth.

Ecoplastic America, a premier manufacturer of plastic automotive parts since 1984, remains focused on innovation and R&D. The company’s expanded presence at DSP I-16 Logistics Center will directly support operations at the adjacent Hyundai Motor Group Metaplant.

This latest lease follows two other recently signed long-term agreements at the facility with Veyer, Inc. and GFA, further solidifying DSP I-16 Logistics Center as a key industrial hub in the region.
