Dayton Street Partners (DSP) is pleased to announce it has executed a long lease at our recently acquired Nashville, TN truck terminal to Penske Truck Leasing Co. The truck terminal sits on 15.86 acres of land and has 61 dock doors and a 9 bay maintenance facility.
