The property features a 36-door cross-dock terminal and a 7-bay maintenance shop, strategically positioned to support regional logistics and fleet operations.

Waste Connections is a leading provider of non-hazardous waste collection, transfer, recycling, and disposal services in 46 states in the U.S. and six provinces in Canada, operating primarily in exclusive and secondary markets.
