CHICAGO (June 17, 2025) – Dayton Street Partners (DSP), a logistics real estate investment and development firm headquartered in Chicago, has closed on the acquisition of a 30,000 SF distribution facility with an additional 2.5 acres of trailer parking / outdoor storage.

The 30,000 SF property features an 18’ clear height, four loading docks, one drive-in door and 2.5 acres of recently improved trailer parking. DSP will complete improvements at the facility including loading dock upgrades, office improvements, selective site grading and installation of site lighting for the trailer lot. The property was purchased from a user that will lease back the property on a short-term basis. The property’s location on Oakley Industrial Boulevard is in the heart of the 85 South submarket, with direct access to I-85 within 1.5 miles of the property.

The firm continues to expand its portfolio with recent IOS and logistics related acquisitions in Atlanta, Tampa, Nashville and Savannah and San Diego. It recently completed the development of a 216 door, 1000 trailer position terminal on 47 acres in Houston, TX.
