Dayton Street Partners (DSP) Acquires IOS facility in Romeoville, Illinois
CHICAGO (September 4, 2025) – Dayton Street Partners (DSP), a logistics real estate investment and development firm headquartered in Chicago, has closed on the acquisition of a 29,000 SF recently constructed, maintenance facility with an additional 4.4 acres of trailer parking / outdoor storage in Romeoville, IL.
The 29,000 SF property features clear height of 24’, 8- drive-in doors and 5 loading docks. The Property was purchased from a user that will lease back the property on a long-term basis. The Property’s location in Romeoville, just 3 miles south of interstate 55 in the I-55 submarket.
The firm continues to expand its portfolio with recent IOS and logistics related acquisitions in Atlanta, Tampa, Nashville and Savannah, Houston and Dallas.
The Seller was represented by James Weinhold of Capital Commercial Real Estate.
